This is a fantastic and great value apartment complex for the amenities offered. Despite being near the 408, the complex is relatively quiet and close to almost everything you'll need. I'm definitely not hesitating about renewing my lease.

The place is clean and the staff is super helpful. We loved the community and amenities, as they're well maintained. Our apartment was in excellent conditions when we moved in. Overall excellent place to live.

I love living here! My apartment is updated with a lake view. Never expected I would be able to walk on my patio and feel the breeze from the lake. The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance staff is very helpful and caring. Being able to just cross the street and walk or bike around Lake Underhill is a huge plus! Very happy here!
