Almost four years and very satisfied. Grounds are always being maintained. Response to requests for maintenance are rapid. Never a problem with management. A good community, super convenient to the 408,close to Curry Road and Colonial Dr. Shopping, downtown. I made a good choice.
This is a fantastic and great value apartment complex for the amenities offered. Despite being near the 408, the complex is relatively quiet and close to almost everything you'll need. I'm definitely not hesitating about renewing my lease.
The place is clean and the staff is super helpful. We loved the community and amenities, as they're well maintained. Our apartment was in excellent conditions when we moved in. Overall excellent place to live.
